No refunds.
All sales are final.
Items are sold “as is”.

Every set of grillz is custom-made from your own dental mold, so it cannot be resold or reused. For that reason we do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credit or replacements once an order has been placed, including for orders placed online.

Please check your order carefully before you pay: metal, karat, gold color, the teeth you selected and any special requests. If you are unsure about anything, contact us before ordering and we are happy to help.

Unclaimed Items

Jewelry, repairs, grillz and custom orders must be picked up within 6 months of notice that the item is ready.
After 6 months, storage fees may apply.
Unclaimed items are not guaranteed.
No refunds, credit or replacement for unclaimed items.
