These Terms of Service apply to all purchases from Eman Grilzz, in our St. Louis store and on emangrilzz.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders

All grillz are made to order from your own dental impression. Production starts after payment and after we receive a usable mold. Production times are estimates and can vary with the design, metal and stones you choose.

Prices and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are calculated per tooth, based on the metal and karat you select. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Cash App and Zelle. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is completed.

Fit and Molds

The fit of your grillz depends on the accuracy of your impression. If you use our at-home mold kit, follow the instructions carefully. We are not responsible for fit problems caused by an inaccurate mold or by dental changes after the mold was taken.

Refunds and Unclaimed Items

All sales are final. Items are sold “as is” and we do not offer refunds, credit or replacements. Items not picked up within 6 months of notice may be subject to storage fees and are not guaranteed. See our Refund Policy for details.

Care and Use

Grillz are jewelry, not dental appliances. Remove them before eating and sleeping, and clean them regularly. Eman Grilzz is not responsible for damage or wear caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear.

Designs and Photos

Product photos show examples of our designs. Because every piece is handmade, your finished set may differ slightly in shape, shine and stone placement.
