All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

Why we don’t take returns

Every set of grillz is custom-made from your own dental mold. It is made to fit only your teeth, so it cannot be resold or worn by anyone else.

What this means

• No returns.
• No exchanges.
• No store credit or replacements.
• This applies to all orders, online and in our shop.
• Mold kits cannot be returned once they have been shipped.

Before you order

Please check your order carefully before you pay: metal, karat, gold color, the teeth you selected and any special requests. If you are unsure about anything, contact us before ordering and we are happy to help.
